Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 9-5pm MST | Closed Saturdays and Sundays and all major US Holidays.
Scheduling of orders: When placing orders, you will be required to put in your event date, this helps us insure that we are able to get your order out in time. It is highly recommended that you place order on our website within 1-2 months of event date. If you have a event that you will need favors for within 1-2 weeks, please contact us before placing order, to insure we can accommodate your request. A rush fee may be applied.
Custom Order Requests: We love Custom orders. Please contact us before placing order for a theme that we currently do not offer on our website. This is to make sure that we can accommodate your request.
Confidentiality: We adhere to a strict confidentially code and your information will never be divulged to any third party.
Adding Photos: If you choose to add a photo to your designs, we will do our best to add them to your favors, we will contact you if we need another photo with better quality.
Unless otherwise stated, your designs will be used for advertisement purposes on our website and social media platforms. Your consent is done when you place order. You can also contact us to state that you do not want your photo put on our website or social media. We will respect your decision and will do as you ask. (Edited to add: 6.27.22 2:36pm)
Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer any form of refunds. In the unlikely event that there was an error on your order, due to our fault, we will attempt to offer a correction. There are no refunds on digital products. Here is some options that may result in a refund:
***If you approved your designs and your designs are sent and are different then the preview that you approved, we will either send a replacement free of charge. We will only offer a refund if it is too late to send replacement (Meaning that it will not arrive on time.
If you do not approve your design and require changes and we ship without making those changes as promised, we will offer to send a replacement free of charge. Or we will offer a refund only in the vent that it is too late to send replacement (Meaning that it will not arrive on time) *** ( Edited to add 6.27.22 2:29pm)
Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations after 24 hours of your order being made. In the event of a party cancellation or reschedule, we will hold a credit on your account for a future day. If we have already printed your order and you need to make any changes, you will need to place another order.
We do not accept Refunds or exchanges on our favors. If we are currently out of a requested favor, we will contact you to choose another option.
**This policy is for any and everything that we offer on our site. It does not matter if it is party favors, digital designs, celebration boxes as well as our paper. There is no exception to this policy (Edited to add 6.27.22 2:09PM) **
{THE FINE PRINT}
Please be aware that when your design is printed the colors may slightly alter from what you see on your monitor. All monitor screens have light behind the screen making some colors appear brighter and more vibrant than what they will actually print.
Shipping Policy: Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification via the email address you used to place your order. Once your order leaves us, we have no control on delays due to the carrier service. We do not offer refunds due to a delay of delivery, if your order has shipped in time to be received as stated on the amount of postage used. For example: If 2 day Air Shipping was used and there was a delay in shipping per the Delivery Service, and it isn’t received until after that 2 days, we are not responsible for this. And cannot offer any refunds due to this.
